Well, the clue's in the name - we plan weddings!
Lots and lots of incredible weddings. From marquees to lovely venues, from castles to woodland - we've done, and do, them all!
We'd like to say it's magic, but actually it's a lot of hard graft on our end, and chill time on yours!
After doing the first consultation with you, which takes around an hour and a half, we set to work, breaking the budget down, allocating it across all the elements you're after, doing a venue search (if you haven't already got one), supplier search, blah, blah, blah….all the way to the final major piece of work, which is the creation of the professional event plan of your day.
Once that’s done, we’re all set for an amazing day!
What extra costs??? That's what the rest of the industry does - not us!
Being part of the Just About Weddings Group means that the price you see is the price you pay. No extra VAT or travel and accommodation, etc. One price, wherever you are in the country.

However, if you’re having multiple days, the price will increase as the fee only includes 1 days coordination. For each additional day, the fee rises by £1,000. In addition, if there are more than 200 guests, the price increases again by £1,000 per day, as additional team members are required

Although it's a bit of a misnomer, as this service starts well before the big day, when we work with our clients to create an event plan, giving advice, etc. On the day itself, we arrive bright and early and see the day through to when the couple get on the dance floor for the first dance or around 8pm latest. By that time, you've had a great day and we're knackered!
The £1,000 price is for 1 days coordination, for weddings under 200 guests. As we feel that weddings of over 200 guests should have additional staff, we charge an additional £1,000 for this. For weddings over 400 guests, we will discuss the full staffing requirement and the full price with you. If you’re having multiple days for your wedding, then the fee is multiplied by the number of days.
